First TrimesterMorning Sickness"My first pregnancy was good, but I did have some unexpected challenges. The first was the “all-day sickness”, I suffered with this for the entire pregnancy, even the day my son was born. There are many things you can try to help manage morning sickness. Things that I found helpful, ginger lollipops, vitamin B-6, and eating small meals through out the day. However, if you are like me, you may need prescription medication if you have morning sickness severe enough to cause dehydration. I can’t say that pregnancy was always the best time in my life, however the blessings that I have been given are well worth it." —Christina, Louisville, mother of two
